• We are not responsible for third-party services or platforms
• We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in the service agreement

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Project Changes and Delays

Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. Delays caused by client actions or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

• With written notice as specified in the agreement
• Immediately for material breach
• Upon completion of the project

Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, or government actions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiations fail
3. Arbitration or court proceedings in accordance with English law
